So, here I am, a college freshman. All excited about classes and everything, but eventually I begin to realize...I don't really know if I want to do this for the rest of my life. I don't mind my major (engineering for those interested), but you always hear, "Pick a job where you never have to work a day in your life", in other words, a job that you like doing so much that it never feels like work.

Photography is one of my true passions. I did a wedding for one of my friend's Mom, as she was getting remarried. It was about two hours of pictures, and by all means, they weren't that great, but I had such a good time doing it, it felt like I could do this forever and never get sick of it.

So the real question is, to any photographers out there. Could I possibly make it as a pro. Look at my work (it's not amazing, but I think there are some decent photos); is it passable, if not, what do I need to work on? Is it rewarding, can you make a decent living with it?
